The 30-Day Sprint

Build your dreams, one brick at a time

A brick is one day: you say what you will do, you do it, and it goes up where people can see it. Thirty days of that builds a house.

The daily loop

Two short posts a day. One part of a house.

Both posts done places the next part. The work actually done is what fills it in solid, and a hollow part tells the truth without a word.

Every night

You bake tomorrow’s brick

60 seconds on camera. What happened today, and what tomorrow’s step is. Writing tomorrow down tonight is what lets your head put it down.

Every morning

You lay it

30 seconds. Say it out loud. Your street is up, and most of them have already said theirs.

Every day after

The house says what happened

21 parts build it, and the ridge is the 21st. A missed day never leaves a hole: you carry on from where you stopped.

Why this exists

Dreams are free. Building them is what breaks us.

We change the goal, we put it off for good reasons, and nobody is waiting on us. Each of those gets a specific fix here: the goal is locked before day one, the day is cut small enough to hit, and a street of people sees whether you did it.

Where it came from

It started as a spreadsheet

Years ago I ran this on a Google Sheet with two friends. No app, no product, just three people posting what they had done and what came next. All three of us still stand on what we built in it. This is that sheet, made real.

For you if

  • You’re already earning and already capable, and the thing you actually want has stalled for a year.
  • You can say what would exist at the end of 30 days.
  • Nobody is waiting on your own deliverable, and you know it.

Not for you if

  • You want motivation. The street expects, it never cheers.
  • You can’t name the thing. The pre-work cuts a real goal into bricks, it doesn’t find you one.
  • You’re looking for therapy or emotional support. This isn’t that, and the FAQ says so plainly.
The record, standing up

Your house goes up on a street

Up to 12 houses, each one somebody’s month. Tap any part of a neighbour’s house, watch that day’s two posts, and leave a comment on that day. Conversation lives on bricks, so there is no chat room, no feed and no unread number anywhere.

The house is generated from the record, so it cannot drift from the truth and it cannot be faked. At the end you have something that exists, not a feeling that it went well.
